Shiki Eiki Yamaxanadu is Gensokyo's judge of the dead, a Yama who weighs every soul's sins and is never shy about lecturing the living on theirs. Touhou Project players first met her in Phantasmagoria of Flower View.

As one of FuRyu's Noodle Stopper figures, she is made to perch on a cup noodle, holding its lid closed during the wait, which gives the strictest judge in Gensokyo a much smaller case to rule on. Off duty, she makes a stern little addition to any Touhou shelf.
