Built by collectors who got tired of guessing.

The GEAR Store started on 28 August 2022 as an Instagram page taking orders by DM, built around a problem every collector in Pakistan knows. You find the figure, and then the questions start. Is it licensed? Is it actually in stock? When does it land? Who do you message when it doesn’t?

So we built the shop we wanted to buy from. Credibility, community, and authenticity are principles baked in to everything that we do. What’s in stock gets photographed on our own desk, box in hand, so what you see is what ships. Pre-orders are confirmed with you, price and date, before any money moves. When a release date slips, you hear it from us first, not from a forum.

Four years on, that’s figures, model kits, trading cards, plush and pop-culture merch, shipped across Pakistan. The DMs became a website in 2023 and this store in 2026, and every August we throw a birthday: a sale, the photo contest, and now a print drop. Same shelf-space problem as you. We just made ours the job.

How we run things

  • Price Drop Protection

    Bought something, then watched it go on sale within 10 days? Claim the difference as store credit, sales and public promos included. We haven’t seen another store in Pakistan do this, and we’d be glad to be copied.

  • Points on every order

    The TGS Loyalty Programme gives you points for every order on the site, redeemable for discounts and free shipping. Collecting rewards collecting.

  • Pre-orders you can check

    Availability, final price and expected timing are confirmed with you before payment is arranged. Once we’ve placed your order with the manufacturer it’s locked in, for both of us, and we say so up front.

  • Limits on the hot stuff

    Limited and high-demand releases get purchase caps and order review, so they reach collectors rather than resellers with a spreadsheet.

  • Dates are estimates, and we say so

    Release dates move because manufacturers move them. When one does, you hear from us, not from the tracking page.

We show up.

Four HUCons, three IBA Cons, Geek Con in Karachi and Lahore, screenings, a build day, and the anniversary photo contest every August. Anyone can say they care about the scene here, we show up and prove it with our work.

    HUCon 7

    Our fourth HUCon, and the first as official sponsor: a stall, the giveaways, and the ICHIDO concert with our name on it. Plus a lot of conversations with people who had only ever seen us online.

    The Anniversary Photo Contest

    Every August since 2023: collectors send in their best shots, a panel picks the finalists, the community votes, and the winners get prizes. This is our way of giving back to the community that's always backed us.
