Inspection Outcomes
Full Refund Eligibility (Minus Restocking Fee)
Items that pass inspection and meet all return criteria will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee.
Partial Refund
If an item shows minor issues that affect its resale value but is still returnable, we may offer a partial refund calculated as:
Original purchase price minus 15% restocking fee minus depreciation for condition
Return Denial
Returns may be denied for items that:

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover:

Items with verified manufacturing defects are exempt from the restocking fee
