Pokemon Plamo Collection 62 Select Series Kyogre

Kyogre joins Bandai's Pokemon Plamo Collection, the snap-fit model line that needs no tools, glue or paint — parts are moulded in colour and separated so the finished kit matches the character straight off the runner.

The build is a substantial one for the line at roughly 180 mm long, and it recreates Kyogre's streamlined body, red markings and broad fins in separated colours. The fins and body are articulated for posing, the mouth can be displayed open or closed using interchangeable parts, and a wave-shaped display base is included to hold it as though it is surfacing.

Straightforward enough for a first model kit and detailed enough to sit alongside built Gunpla, which makes it an easy recommendation for Pokemon collectors who have never assembled anything before.
