This High Grade model kit recreates Alto’s distinctive white, black, and red variable fighter with a streamlined build designed to balance transformation, articulation, and accurate proportions across all three configurations.

Using Bandai’s Shortcut Change system, the VF-25F can be converted between Fighter, GERWALK, and Battroid modes through a simplified transformation that uses selected replacement parts. This approach removes some of the more complicated internal mechanisms while preserving the recognizable silhouette and mobility of each form. The wings can also be repositioned and stored behind the body while displayed in Battroid mode
