How pre-orders work

Reserve it: add to cart and check out like any other order.

Confirm it: message us to check availability before anything is charged.

Once it's confirmed, we arrange payment and prepare your order.
You won't be charged online at checkout.
Once you confirm, we place the order with the manufacturer. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after that point.
